Co-Chair  Wilson  relayed  that public  testimony  had  been                                                                    
heard and the fiscal notes  had been discussed. She wondered                                                                    
if the  committee had any  further questions or  comments on

Vice-Chair  Johnston MOVED  to  report CSSB  36(FIN) out  of                                                                    
Committee   with   individual    recommendations   and   the                                                                    
accompanying fiscal note.                                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
There being NO OBJECTION, it was so ordered.                                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
CSSB 36(FIN) was REPORTED out  of committee with a "do pass"                                                                    
recommendation and  with one new  fiscal impact note  by the
